Joel Makower is a well-respected voice on business, the environment, and the bottom line. As a writer and consultant on corporate environmental practices, he has helped a wide range of companies align environmental responsibility with business success. Makower is editor of "The Green Business Letter," an award-winning monthly newsletter on business and the environment, and founder of Green Business Network, which produces GreenBiz.com, ClimateBiz.com, and other popular web sites. He also is co-founder of Clean Edge Inc., a research and consulting firm focusing on building markets for clean energy technologies.
