Through her grief and despair, Lauren found the courage to continue moving forward and find success.
Now a multi national award-winning sports broadcaster, Lauren joined ESPN and SEC Network in 2016 as a sideline reporter for both college football and gymnastics. A promotion within ESPN in the 2019 season has landed Lauren in front of millions of viewers each week. In addition, she serves as a sports reporter and host at AL.com where she covers a multitude of teams and sports in the state of Alabama. In June of 2017, she was awarded a regional Emmy for producing an interview between Charles Barkley and Nick Saban that garnered more than 11 million views across various social media and digital platforms.
Lauren now shares her personal and professional journey across the country in hopes of spreading awareness about the dangers of addiction and the devastation it can cause for those who abuse substances, their loved ones, and the community. She brings hope and a sense of empowerment to audiences big and small.
