Maria Moss is known for her passion and experience in leading purposeful people development. With a background in international business, Maria is skilled at adapting the learning experience to any audience’s unique needs and concerns—from youth to C-suite leaders—to allow them to address real business challenges.

A highly sought-after facilitator and L&D consultant, Maria has taught courses and developed leadership programs for clients around the world, including working with leaders in Asia, Europe, Africa, and the Middle East.

Maria also carries a passion for nonprofit service, developing and executing a pro-bono nonprofit leadership training program in Savannah, Georgia. She has also served in various nonprofit roles in her community, and in 2022 she was named the Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) of the Year for Savannah Chatham County CASA.

Maria’s training style has been described as personable and relatable, often attributed to her use of stories and real-life examples to assist with skill understanding and application.
