Here’s a little bit about her story and her journey: She picked up a guitar at 38. Started singing at 39. Wrote her first song at 40 and recorded and released her first album at 41. Started dating again after her second divorce at age 46, after two decades out of the dating scene. She published her first two books at age 47. And met her life partner— 15 years her junior— at age 48. This has all taught her so much about life and what we are capable of if we can overcome our own inner obstacles. And now that she’s made it past 50 (she’s 51)? She’s definitely going to keep creating and living the biggest life possible!
She has become a person who says yes, pushes through her own fear to expand her comfort zone, and refuses to wonder “what if…?” In the last decade, she has also said yes to becoming a DJ, having her own radio show, writing a musical, and more.
This might sound overwhelming, but it doesn’t have to be. Maybe you have one thing that you’ve dreamt of for years. Starting that business. Learning something new. Playing an instrument…. but the fear of failure can hold us back. As we get older, it’s even more difficult to take leaps into the unknown.
But transformation starts with small steps. It starts with small habits and accountability. Amy will help you build habits to live your dreams. And she will share everything she does with you openly and vulnerably.
You deserve to inspire, push, grow, keep living and keep learning. It’s about building effective habits, overcoming fear, and sticking with it. She can help you become a rock star in whatever way you choose.
The clock is ticking. Why risk wondering “What if…?” Live your dreams, now. Transform Yourself. Rock this one life you’ve got!
