In 2021 Olander co-founded OMORPHO, the first patented Gravity Sportswear™ brand of weighted clothing for resistance training, “designed to make you fitter, faster and stronger.” Fast Company named the brand one of the Most Innovative Companies of 2023.

The native Swede brings a global perspective to his approach toward innovation.
